In order for us to dispose of your current vehicle, the process works like this:

1. We need the full details of your current vehicle to enable us to obtain trade-in prices on it.  The Cover Request Form must be filled in in as much detail as possible. The trade cover will be strictly subject to the covering dealer's physical examination of the vehicle.  We will give you an indication beforehand of what prices you could expect.
   
2. We then obtain several prices over the telephone, subject to view. 
   
3. We must then show your vehicle to the dealer or trader that covered the highest amount on your car.  He will either confirm the price and we have a successful deal, or he will drop it if there are expenses like cracked glass, worn tyres or dents/scratches.
4. If you accept the price, the payment is made to you, if that were the arrangement, or to the bank, if your previous vehicle must be settled first.
5. If your settlement is more than the prices offered for your car in the Trade, we will advertise your car on our website and offer it to other clients within our network.
